Susie Stone is the mother of five wonderful children and grandmother of five delightful, energetic grandchildren. Susie specializes in pastel art; illustrated and co-authored the children's book, Mango Tree; Fort Worth Examiner - Kids' Nutrition and Exercise Examiner; Associate of Arts in Business, Ashford University (in progress). Susie and husband, Ray, reside in North Texas with their two youngest children along with two dogs, two cats, a pony for the grandkids, and two pygmy goats!

Susie encourages others to actively pursue natural health and wellness, which is weaved into her inspirational messages. Susie knows that a healthy diet, balanced body through SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique), and staying active is one of the keys to maintaining such a vibrant and energizing life style. She enjoys regular workouts including, jogging, tennis, horseback riding, and moderate weight lifting.
Susie has been a member of Eagle Mountain International Church, Newark, TX., since 1995.
